From three new radical colourways of Gozney’s latest pioneering pizza oven, Arc XL, which set the culinary world alight when it launched earlier this spring selling out in a matter of minutes, to two new Gozney-ified versions of Hedley & Bennett’s world-famous apron, giving the UK a chance to get their hands on H&B’s range for the first time. The new collection is set to drive a crowd bigger than your favourite brunch spot when it drops on 7th August.

This format of upright, charcoal ovens have been used by professional chefs for decades because aside from the delicious smoky flavour it infuses into everything they cook, it can reach far higher temperatures than a domestic oven.
