Galvin at Windows Launches Luxury Plant-Based Dishes for Veganuary 2024 as well as a New Seasonal British Menu

Galvin at Windows, the iconic restaurant renowned for its panoramic views of the city skyline from the 28th floor of London Hilton on Park Lane, will be celebrating Veganuary with the launch of an exclusive, luxury vegan menu, available from January 10th 2024.

Head Chef Marc Hardiman has meticulously crafted a selection of dishes that showcase the finest seasonal and locally sourced ingredients for the occasion, with his trademark innovation that continues to keep Galvin at Windows at the forefront of London’s destination dining spots.
Hardiman’s vibrant appetizers, sumptuous main courses and irresistible desserts sees the vegan menu at Galvin at Windows redefining plant-based indulgence; highlights include a Caramelised chicory tart with pear, date & sherry, Charred sprouting broccoli with almond, menton lemon and chimichurri, Woodland mushrooms with aerated Jerusalem artichoke & perigord truffle and a showstopping Valrhona chocolate & hazelnut rocher with mandarin sorbet.

The restaurant will also be unveiling their Market Menu in January; a delectable initiative offering two courses for £38 or three courses for £45. Guests can enjoy dishes such as the classic Omelette Arnold Bennett, Newlyn hake with crispy potatoes and warm tartare sauce, Sticky glazed short rib of beef with beef fat oyster, carrot & lovage and Yorkshire forced rhubarb with crème brûlée & ginger parkin.
