The Super Bowl is the annual championship game of the National Football League in the US and traditionally marks the end of the year’s football season. Sunday 11th February is the final of the 58th Super Bowl, held at Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas, Nevada.
This year the Kansas City Chiefs and San Francisco 49ers will be battling it out to be crowned the ultimate US winner. The Super Bowl finals are famed not only for talent on the pitch but also the star-studded half-time line up. Elijah Craig Old Fashioned Cocktail
50ml Elijah Craig Small Batch Bourbon | 10ml Simple Syrup | 3 Dashes of Bitters | Garnish – 1 Twist of Orange Peel and 1 Cocktail Cherry (optional)
Combine ingredients in a mixing glass with ice. Stir until chilled and strain over a large ice cube. Garnish with a twist of orange.

For this you’ll need to make rosemary syrup. Simply take 100ml of boiling water, and add 3 rosemary sticks take off the heat and let sit in the water for 15 minutes. Then remove the stick and add 100g of sugar and stir until dissolved.
Then to make the drink, add 50ml of Elijah Craig Bourbon, 10ml of the Rosemary Syrup and 3 dashes of Orange Bitters to a rocks glass and stir with ice for 30 secs. Garnish with an orange zest and rosemary stick.
