ANGEL’S ENVY JOLLY PEAR COCKTAIL RECIPE
Ingredients
- 50ml Angel’s Envy
- 20ml Martini Rubino
- 15ml spiced pear liqueur
- 5ml Oloroso Sherry
- Garnish: orange peel
- Glass: coupette or cocktail glass
Preparation
- Add all ingredients to a mixing tin or glass, stir with cubed ice until chilled and diluted
- Strain into a coupette or cocktail glass
- Garnish with an orange zest
